The Morse MORFLEX Coupling is engineered for superior flexibility and durability, thanks to its specially developed resilient neoprene biscuits. These preloaded biscuits enable significant deflection while maintaining controlled movement, making the coupling ideal for low HP reciprocating drives.

Designed to handle up to 21 HP/100 RPM and a maximum speed of 6500 RPM, the MORFLEX Coupling accommodates up to 10° of misalignment and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 200°F. Its resilient design absorbs vibration, ensuring smooth operation, while its maintenance-free and easy-to-assemble construction offers a practical solution for various applications.
